The excitement in Maplewood has been building and the time has finally come — we’re shucking oysters & popping champagne to inaugurate the new Perla Oyster Bar!
Join us for raw bar plateaus of fresh east coast oysters, clams, & shrimp cocktail; oyster shooters & caviar bumps; and an amazing spread of tapas from chef Matthew Chappina. We will be featuring Brigandat Champagne, rosé cremant, & red and white wine pairings from our good friends Bonhomie Wine Imports.
