To be considered for any donations or contributions, the below form must be completed 21 days prior.

We are fully committed to helping to make Maplewood, and the surrounding community, a better place. We receive hundreds of solicitations for donations each year.

We are a small business working hard, in challenging times, to first provide for the five families that our staff is supporting.

Donations are costly and time consuming. Donations of time and services take our staff away from their families and our business, which is costly.

Lastly, you are asking a small business to support your community organization. We ask that you support us, and all the local businesses of SOMA, year round by choosing to shop small, and make your dollars make a difference in this great community.
